Please be patient while video loads. If after 60 seconds the video doesn't start or the audio is 'choppy' try pressing the
pause    button above and waiting a few seconds. Then press the play    button and see if that helps.

If you still have problems you can download the video and play it offline by right clicking this link:
Right Click here then choose 'Save Target As'
After the file has downloaded choose Open or locate the saved file and doubleclick it to play in your default video player.

If all else fails try downloading this patch:
